If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. What is Click & Collect? 

Click & Collect lets you buy online and have your items delivered to selected UK MUSTO stores free of charge. This service is available 7 days a week and is free for all UK orders on musto.com.

How do I order for Click & Collect?

Choose the Click & Collect delivery option along with the store of your choice at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation email once you've completed your order online. Please bring this email with you when you collect your order. You will receive an email once your items have been despatched and another when your order is ready for collection at your chosen store.

What do I need when collecting my order?

When collecting your order please bring your order confirmation email with you or photographic ID (a driving licence or passport which must correspond to the identity of the purchaser).

If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring your order confirmation email.

When can I collect my order?

Check the opening times of your chosen store using our store locator. You can collect your order at any time during the store's opening hours.

If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready, please contact Customer Services to arrange an alternative date for collection. We will keep your order at your chosen store for 10 days from the date of delivery to the store.

What if I change my mind?

After the 10 day period, you will be contacted by customer services and offered the opportunity to extend the collection date or to have a refund via your original method of payment and the item/s returned to our warehouse.

MUSTO ship to our international destinations listed above via our partner Borderlinx. The following information is provided with the help of Borderlinx so that you can understand how total costs are calculated and how the cross-border shipping service works.


1. Total Cost of Buying and Shipping Musto Products

With the help of Borderlinx’s Total Cost Calculator™, you will have complete information on the cost of cross-border shopping and shipping – before you make the purchase. The total cost includes:
• The product purchase price (including all applicable local taxes and handling fees);
• Customs duty, import tax and any local clearance fees applicable for your country;
• International shipping charges to your designated delivery address;
• Carrier surcharges; and
• SafetyLinx shipment value protection (if applicable).

You will have the convenience of paying for the product and the cross-border delivery in a single checkout on the Musto.com website. The total cost is guaranteed - It is all pre-calculated and pre-paid so you won’t receive any bills from the shipping company or a customs invoice.

2. Limitations

Most MUSTO products can be shipped internationally. However a few of the items on the website are not available to international customers because they cannot be safely shipped by air due to the fact that they are toxic or may catch fire or explode during shipment. This category includes products such as aerosols, and cleaning and waterproofing substances.

3. Duty and Tax

Customs duty and import tax are specific to a particular country. Customs authorities in each country calculate duty and tax based on a number of factors, including:
• the category in which the product is classified in the international Harmonised Code system;
• the value of the product (the price you paid);
• for countries that calculate duty on a “CIF” basis (meaning Cost Insurance and Freight), the combined charges for shipping and insurance.

Although you will generally not see Customs paperwork, you should be aware that the actual tax and duty charged by the Customs authorities in your country sometimes turns out to be higher or lower than the amount you paid, for a number of reasons. For example, a particular Customs authority may classify your product in a different category in the Harmonised Code system from the category used by the Total Cost Calculator, or Customs may (for whatever reason) use a different formula to calculate the duty; or the calculation may be affected by a change in currency exchange rates between the time of our calculation and the time the tax and duty is paid to Customs authorities. In such situations, you will not receive a refund (if the amount is less) or be charged extra (if the amount is greater). This is due to the administrative time and costs that such arrangements would require.

4. International Shipping

Your order will be picked up by Borderlinx’s shipping partner directly from MUSTO's UK fulfilment centre. Borderlinx will handle all required procedures for international shipping and customs clearance. As the recipient of the package, you are the “Importer of Record” and you appoint Borderlinx as your agent to manage all import and customs clearance procedures and to ensure that customs duties and taxes are paid to the relevant customs and tax authorities in your country.

5. Shipping Charges

The international shipping charge depends on:
• the destination country and (for some countries), the state or province of the delivery address; and
• the weight and dimensions of the package in which your product is shipped.

It is possible that Volumetric Weight (sometimes called Dimensional Weight) may apply to your package. Volumetric Weight calculations are used in international air transportation because the cost of transporting a package depends on the amount of space that it occupies in an aircraft, as well as the actual (dead) weight. A high-volume, low-weight item, such as ping pong balls or a package containing a lot of tissue paper or other “filler”, occupies a large volume of space in comparison to its actual weight.

6. Delivery Times

Your purchases will be shipped via international air. On average, Express delivery will take approximately 2-3 working days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Bad weather, air transport, or a package being held for inspection by Customs may cause a delay. Neither Borderlinx nor MUSTO is liable for any delays in international transportation or customs clearance.

7. Product Returns

Claims related to the product: If you need to return a product to MUSTO for any reason relating to the product (e.g., product has a defect, wrong size, different colour, not the product you ordered), you need to contact MUSTO Customer Services. See MUSTO Returns Policy on the site and the paperwork included with your order. Once you have a return shipping authorisation from MUSTO, Borderlinx will assist by helping to make return shipping arrangements.

Note that, in the case of a product return shipment, it is not possible to obtain a refund of any applicable tax and duty paid to your country’s customs authorities.

8. Loss or Damage During Shipment

Occasionally a package may be lost or damaged during international shipment – no matter how carefully it is handled. Fortunately it doesn’t happen very often. Every package shipped internationally via Borderlinx’s delivery service is transported on a limited liability basis, relating to direct loss or damage only (actual cash value) subject to the following limit: currently $US 25.00/kilogram or $US11.34/lb per shipment. All other types of loss or damage are excluded (including, but not limited to, lost profits, income, interest or future business).

If your package is lost or damaged in international transit, you need to submit a claim within 14 days of the date of delivery, or within 14 days of the date you received confirmation that it was lost. To make a claim, click here.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

In order to get your purchases shipped internationally to you, certain personal information about you is provided to Borderlinx (including Borderlinx affiliates and suppliers as necessary), including your name, delivery address, the product(s) you buy from MUSTO, the price you pay for the product(s), and the weight and dimensions of the packages. Borderlinx will treat this information as private and confidential and will only use it for the purpose of providing cross-border shipping and customs clearance services. Borderlinx is committed to responsible data management, complies with applicable data protection legislation, and employs industry standard practices to protect the security of your data, which may be stored and processed in the UK, Belgium, the US, and other countries. Track Order

How do I track my order?

At each stage of processing, we will send you an email to keep you informed.

To check your order status online login to My Account and select Order History.

Ordered means your order has been registered on the system and is awaiting processing.

Awaiting despatch means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods. Please allow up to 7 days before contacting us about a delivery.

Despatched means your order has left our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming despatch, including the courier despatch number. Either follow instructions in your email or click on the tracking number to go to our courier’s site for more details on the status of your delivery. Please note there can be a delay in couriers updating their systems. Please do not contact us if status is despatched, as we will be unable to provide further information.

Refunded means your order or returned goods have been refunded by MUSTO. Please allow 5-10 working days for this transaction to appear on your account.

Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
