Why do you need my mobile number for UK deliveries?

As we endeavour to provide our customers with the best service, we have launched SMS texting in conjunction with our delivery partner. If you have provided us with a mobile number, you will receive a text from our delivery partner with the intended date and an estimated time window for your delivery. A valid mobile number will be required for this service, so please ensure your account details are up-to-date. You can update your details in My Account.

Are there any places where delivery might take longer?

Rural locations, therefore please allow extra time when ordering.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery, to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you can't be there to sign for delivery remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to an alternative address e.g. your workplace or a friend’s house.

If no one is at the delivery address the courier will leave a card with details to arrange pick-up or redelivery.

Please Note: We instruct our couriers not to accept customer requests to leave parcels in a safe place, even if this is an option offered by the courier. This is to protect all our customers from lost parcels.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we were out of stock you will have received an email to let you know. If your order is obviously incomplete, please Contact Us. Please allow 7 working days for UK orders or 9 working days for European orders before contacting us about your delivery.

Can I send items to multiple addresses?

If you'd like to have items sent to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

Are receipts sent with deliveries?

A despatch note will be in the parcel. You will need this in case you wish to return goods. An email will also be sent to you confirming despatch and this will include details of payment we have processed.

MUSTO garments provide sporting users with high standards of comfort and protection for all conditions. MUSTO strives to produce garments that are free of defects in either workmanship or materials. Should any garment carry a swing ticket featuring The MUSTO Promise and develop a fault within its reasonable working life, MUSTO will, at our discretion, replace or repair the garment free of charge. Simply take the garment to the stockist or store who supplied it, with your proof of purchase. This applies to the original purchaser only and does not affect your statutory rights.

The sweepstake is to guess the exact time the Sport Relief crew will arrive into London. All entries must include hour/minute/second and will be judged on a 24 hour clock. For example 13:28:46. Entries not in this format will not be counted.

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Competition. All other information provided prior to entering the Competition including, without limitation, the route to entry for the Competition and the rules of the Competition, form part of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Competition will run from 07 March 2016 to 10th March 2016. The closing date for entries is 12PM GMT 10th March 2016.

4. The competition will run on Twitter and Facebook.

5. An entrant must use hashtag #winmusto with their time prediction entry via Twitter or Facebook. Only one entry per account will be counted. If multiple entries from the same account are submitted only the first entry will be used.

5. Only one entry per person is permitted and the Promoters will remove any duplicate entries.

7. The entry that is closest to the arrival time of the team into London will be the winner. In the instance that there are duplicate winning times a winner will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator appointed by the Promoters from the correct entries received by the closing date.

9. The winner will be announced on Monday 14th March 2016 at 12pm.
