Entry is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland except employees (and their families) of Musto or any other companies associated. Entry is free, no purchase is necessary. The winner must be aged 21 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required. All entries must be received by midnight 29 February 2012. Winner will be drawn at random and notified within a week of the close date. Participation after the close will not be valid. Winners will be confirmed in writing. Failure to respond or to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. Musto will not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered by taking part in this free draw. Only one entry per registered e-mail address will be accepted. Entries using methods generated by a script, macro or automated devices will be void.

The prize is 7 consecutive nights for two at Nonsuch Bay Resort in a luxury one bedroom apartment with full breakfast daily, the resort’s Sailing Plan, private airport transfers to and from the resort and return economy flights for two from London Gatwick to V.C Bird International. Outbound travel is valid until 28 February 2013 subject to availability. Excluded dates include but are not limited to all school half term dates throughout 2012, as well as the following: 31 Mar 2012 to 14 Apr 2012 and 15 Dec 2012 to 5 Jan 2013. Travel dates are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the competition organisers. The voucher is not transferable and not for resale, accommodation to be used by the prize winner and their travelling companion. Not available for use against or in conjunction with an existing booking. The prize winner and companion will be responsible for their own insurance requirements. Changes are unable to be made once the booking is confirmed. Bookings must be made at least 30 days before travel. Airline tickets will not be issued until the week of travel. The resort Sailing Plan includes use of the resort’s sailboats by each guest over 7 years old. Use of the sailboats is conditional on the Waterfront Manager’s reasonable assessment of the guests’ sailing ability, the type of sailboat and weather conditions. If the guest needs to be accompanied by a member of the Waterfront Team, sailing time will be subject to staff availability. Tuition is available at extra cost to improve the sailing ability and help guests reach require competency levels. Participation in sailing and water sports is at the guests own risk. Prize winner and companions are responsible for any and all additional expenses not listed as part of the prize package above. Prize winners are required to provide the following: valid passports (at least 6 months to expiry date), visas (not required for British passport holders), valid and adequate travel insurance, airport transfers within the UK and departure tax from Antigua (US$28 per person).

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of the competition organisers shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. The competition organisers are not liable for and accept no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, financial loss, consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, pain and suffering, damage, injury, accident delay or irregularity occasioned to the winner, whether caused by act, omission, negligence or otherwise, arising during the holiday prize stated. The competition organisers will not be liable in the event that the winner is unable to travel, including without limitation, for any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellation, adverse weather conditions, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical, due to an act of God or Force Majeure or third party wrongdoing, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the competition and could not reasonably be foreseen, anticipated or predicted, whether actual, threatened or reported.
Data of entrants for this competition that choose to opt in to receive third party information will be shared and used by Musto, Nonsuch Bay Resort and the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority.
