Where we deliver

We can deliver anywhere in the UK, including BFPO addresses. We are unable to deliver anywhere outside the UK.

We will be extending our distribution into Europe during the course of the year, so please come back soon to see if we are distributing to your location.

In the meantime, if you live outside the UK, please see our list of international stockists or local distributor websites

Charges and Options


Standard Delivery


Standard delivery for mainland UK is £4.25 on everything you order from Musto online.*

* For mainland UK only, excludes Scottish Highlands & Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man


• Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

• If you'd like to have items sent to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

• We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

• Orders placed on this website can only be delivered to the UK, including BFPO addresses. At the moment we are unable to deliver outside the UK.

• We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you can't be there to sign for delivery remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friends place, etc.

If no one is at the delivery address the courier will leave a card with details to arrange pick-up or redelivery.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we were out of stock you will have received an email to let you know. If your order is obviously incomplete, please Email: customerservice@musto.com or telephone +44 (0) 1268 495 824 any time between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us about your delivery.

Returns

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, however we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. We recommend that you keep your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. If you wish to cancel, follow the procedures below.

Change or cancel an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 1268 495 824 any time between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please have the order confirmation number and date the order was placed to hand.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns & Exchange Procedure below.

Returns & Exchange Procedures

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. ***

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

Goods should be returned to the place of purchase:


Musto Store Purchases: Please return to any Musto Store** within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange, with receipt. **Excluding Cowes and Lymington, which are franchise stores.

Musto Outlet Purchases: Please return to a Musto Outlet within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange, with receipt.

Musto Franchise Purchases: The Musto stores in Cowes and Lymington are franchises. Please follow their returns policy.

UK Stockists Purchases: If you bought your Musto product from a non-Musto shop, i.e. a shop that sells our products but which is not exclusively Musto, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.

Team Sales: Please contact your Team Sales representative. Returns are normally only accepted on faulty items.


Online Returns by Post

1. Return goods, within 28 days. These 28 days begin from the day your order has been shipped.

2. The goods should not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. The original packaging and swing tickets must remain intact, swim wear items will only be accepted with the hygiene sticker still in place.

3. You have correctly completed and enclosed the Musto Returns form, on the reverse of your delivery note, as this is your proof of purchase. We also suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate or use a traceable postal service with the appropriate level of compensation, should you be concerned that your parcel maybe lost, or damaged in transit to us.

We do not accept responsibility for any goods returned to us that are damaged or lost in transit.

Please Note: Online purchases cannot be returned to any stores. To keep our delivery costs to a minimum all returns of non-faulty products are returned at the customers cost. There is no need to contact us prior to returning your goods.

Refund Policy

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. ***

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
