How do I log in to my account on Musto.com?
The homepage
The homepage is the starting point of online shopping with Musto. From this page, you can browse through our entire range by selecting the product category you‘re interested in. The homepage also contains links to customer services/information pages. At any point during your visit, you can return to the homepage by clicking the ‘home’ link, or on the Musto logo in the top left corner of your screen.
How do I search for products?
There are several ways of finding products on Musto.com. You can browse our online catalogue or search for specific products and style numbers.
Browse
You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of our main product categories from the homepage (Men’s lifestyle, Ladies lifestyle, Sailing, Equestrian or Shooting). Each time you select a category from these main menus, you'll then be shown a list of relevant sub-categories and criteria that you can select for further browsing.
Search
You can also search for products by name or style number. Just enter the type of product or style number into the search box and we'll display a list of all of the products which match.
Filter
You can further narrow your search by filtering the results using the filters in the left navigation. For example, if you only want to see men’s red sweaters, you would go into men’s lifestyle, select knitwear, and then tick the box next to red in the filters list.
How do I register?
Registering with us will enable you to see your order history and track current orders. To begin the registration process, click My Account at the bottom of your screen. You will need to provide us with a user name (we suggest you use your email address) and a password. We'll then ask you to complete some personal details.
How do I log in to my account on Musto.com?
Once you've registered with us, you'll be able to log in to Musto.com at any time. Just click the My Account link at the bottom of your screen and enter your user name and password (exactly as you gave when you first registered). If you've forgotten your password, just click the 'Help' button next to 'Forgotten your password'.
Logging in makes placing an order even faster and easier than usual, as all of your addresses and delivery details will already be filled in. Whilst logged-in, you can change any of these details as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously.
