JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Product Management Co-ordinator

Department: Product

Reports to: Product Director / Product Managers

Job Purpose: To provide support to all aspects of product range creation within each category


Key Accountabilities:

1. To provide administrative support to the creation of a seasonal range plan that delivers against each category’s objectives for sales, gross margin, SKU productivity and utilisation and brand image.

2. To maintain each seasonal line plan with information obtained from PM’s - achievable FOB target costs, suggested retail prices, and volume estimates inline with financial objectives

3. To create a final price lists for each category, as required.

4. To assist in the creation of product amendment packs for each category.

5. To deliver the contributions needed to the product development process on time, in full.

6. To assist in and provide administrative support to the sample ordering process.

Assist in creation and communication of all product copy.

Logistics 


Supply finalised line plan on time.  Communicate any line changes following finalisation.  Co-ordinate with logistics/sales on processing of SMU’s.

Supply price lists and sample order packs on time

Qualifications: 
• General secondary education
• Relevant pc training


Experience:
 
• Experience in Excel spreadsheet creation
• Experience in apparel development / industry


Location:
 
• Musto HQ, Laindon, Essex


Note: This role will initially be based in Laindon but will move to the London office at least by the end of this year.
