Printed Fabric Technology: The Macnab Shooting Suit
Stalking has its own demands, heavy clothing on long uphill approaches can be tiring, the weather can be constantly changing and fabrics need to blend into the surroundings.
This was the challenge the Macnab Suit had to overcome, it also had to satisfy the demands of game shooting too. The solution was to use printed technology to replicate woven tweed onto a light, brushed, durable, laminated shell fabric.
A fabric that looks like tweed but isn’t. The printed technology used with this fabric gives all the characteristics of a tweed pattern but significantly reduces the weight of the garment. It’s quiet, waterproof, windproof, breathable and light; key requirements for effective stalking of game shooting garments.
