We are committed to selling high quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using. We understand that from time to time you may need to exchange or return an item and are happy to help you choose something else, and offer a full refund when you return or for an exchange.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Online Orders
Please return your unworn goods, in a saleable condition within 28 days of purchase. Items packaged in a box, e.g. footwear, must be returned as they arrived, for protection. Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the items are unworn and in their original condition.

To return an item:
1) Please complete the returns section found on the back of your despatch note
2) Enclose this form and the unwanted items in the reusable MUSTO packaging
3) Add postage as required and send to the below address:

Exchanging Online Orders
We’re sorry that your items weren’t as expected. If you require a different size or style please place a new order and return your unsuitable item(s) for a full refund.

Cancelling your order
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. To cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by e-mail, or post to: MUSTO Customer Care, Unit 4 Juniper West, Fenton Way, Laindon, Essex, United Kingdom, SS15 6SJ. If you have already received your order please return it following the above returns process.

Any Tax & Duties applicable to your order are non-refundable.

We offer a free returns service for countries serviced via our shipping partner Borderlinx, as we understand that from time to time you may need to exchange or return an item and are happy to help you choose something else, or offer a full refund.

For a free, easy return please contact our Customer Care team. The team will then email you a Return Authorisation and advise you on how to arrange the Return with our shipping partner.

If you choose to return your items via a different method any shipping and customs duties will be at your own cost.

UK Returns Information | MUSTO Size Guide



We understand that from time to time you may need to exchange or return items, therefore we offer a free returns service within the UK. We will be happy to help you choose something else, or offer a full refund. Should you wish to contact Customer Care about your exchange or refund you will need your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on your despatch note.

If you wish to exchange an item, the item will need to be returned to us for a full refund and a new order placed for the exchange.

Returning Online Orders
Please return your unworn item(s), in a saleable condition within 28 days of purchase. Items packaged in a box, e.g. footwear, must be returned as they arrived, for protection. Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the items are unworn and in their original condition.

To return an item:
1) Fill in your returns information on the despatch note you can also find a returns form here
2) Place the item(s) you wish to return in the reusable packaging along with the despatch note you have just filled in
3) Use the pre-paid self-adhesive returns label, found on the front of the despatch note to address your parcel (please ensure no other labels are visible or legible on your package)
4) Drop your parcel off at any UK post office ensuring to get a receipt as proof of postage. The proof of postage will also have your tracking number, so you can track your parcel via Royal Mail.

Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned to any stores.

Exchanging Online Orders

MUSTO UK Click & Collect orders
Click and Collect orders cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store. Please return following the free UK online orders instructions above.

MUSTO UK Store Purchases
Please return with your receipt to any MUSTO store within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange.

MUSTO Outlet Purchases
Please return with your receipt to a MUSTO Outlet within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange.

UK Stockist Purchases
If you bought your MUSTO product from a non-MUSTO shop, i.e. a shop that sells our products but which is not exclusively MUSTO, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.

Corporate Sales
Please contact your representative. Returns are normally only accepted on faulty items.

Christmas Returns | MUSTO Delivery information

 Christmas Returns & Exchanges




At MUSTO we understand that during the holidays presents given or received are not always the right size or suitable, and because of the nature of gift giving, we understand that more time is often needed to return and/or exchange an item. We have therefore extended our returns policy during this time to give you ample opportunity to return or exchange an item without having to place your order with little time to spare. Please follow the below guide to find your last date to return or exchange an item bought from MUSTO from November 4.

UK (Online and In-store)
For our UK customers Any order placed after November 4 will be able to return or exchange an item up to the dates listed below.

Refunds up until January 7 (14 days from Christmas Eve)
Exchanges up until the January 21 (28 days from Christmas Eve)

International (Online Only)
For our European and International customers Any order placed after November 4 will be able to return or exchange an item up to the dates listed below.

Refunds up until January 14 (21 days from Christmas Eve)
Exchanges up until the January 28 (4 weeks from Christmas Eve Eve)
