Orders placed for delivery within the UK can only be paid for in pounds (£) by credit/debit card or PayPal.

Standard Delivery

UK standard delivery orders are delivered by DPD. Once your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse (usually within 2 working days of placing your order) we will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive informing you of your 1 hour delivery slot. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order.
To receive text updates on your delivery please enter your mobile phone number at checkout, your phone number will only be used for communication regarding your delivery. Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

Next Working Day Delivery

Your order will be delivered the next working day if ordered by 12 noon on a working day. We will send you a confirmation email and/or text message to let you know your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse and will be with you the following day. You will receive a second email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive informing you of your 1 hour delivery slot. Both emails will give you the option to reschedule your delivery, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour and track your order. A signature will be required on delivery.

Click and Collect

Buy online at Musto.com and have your items delivered to your selected UK Musto store free of charge. Simply choose Click & Collect along with the store of your choice at checkout.

Collect your order from one of the following stores:

  • Musto Aldeburgh
  • Musto Brighton
  • Musto Cowes
  • Musto Guildford
  • Musto Lymington
  • Musto Salcombe

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email, an email letting you know your items have been despatched from our warehouse, and a further email when your order is ready for collection at your chosen store.

When collecting your order please bring your order confirmation email with you or photographic ID (a driving licence or passport which must correspond to the identity of the purchaser). If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring your order confirmation email.

We will keep your order at your chosen store for 10 days from the date of delivery to the store. After the 10 day period, you will be contacted by customer services and offered the opportunity to extend the collection date or to have a refund via your original method of payment and the item/s returned to our warehouse.

Please note: We cannot process exchanges or refunds for Musto.com orders in-store, see more details on how to return your items.

Sending Items to Multiple Addresses

If you'd like to have items sent to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. If charges apply, a separate charge will be made for each delivery address.

We can deliver anywhere in the countries listed below, excluding PO Box addresses however we may be able to ship to BFPO addresses if the parcel will be signed for upon delivery.

Rest of World Delivery Information

Using our Global Shipping Partner Global-E, we now ship to over 200 destinations, in over 60 currencies and offer over 40 different payment methods depending on your shipping country. Please ensure you select your shipping country, this will ensure you pay for your order in the correct currency. You will be able to do this at any point of your browsing stage by using the country switcher at the top of the page.

Total Cost of Buying and Shipping Musto Products

You will have complete information on the cost of cross-border shopping and shipping before you make your purchase, this will be calculated in the checkout. Where applicable the total cost includes:

  • The product purchase price (including all applicable local taxes and handling fees);
  • Customs duty, import tax and any local clearance fees applicable for your country;
  • International shipping charges to your designated delivery address;
  • Carrier surcharges
 

You will have the convenience of paying for the product and the cross-border delivery in a single checkout on the Musto.com website. The total cost is guaranteed - It is all pre-calculated and pre-paid so you won’t receive any bills from the shipping company or a customs invoice.

Product Limitations

Most Musto products can be shipped internationally. However, a few of the items on the website are not available to international customers because they cannot be safely shipped by air due to the fact that they are toxic or may catch fire or explode during shipment. This category includes products such as aerosols, and cleaning and waterproofing substances.

Duty and Tax

Any duties or taxes for your order will be shown clearly to you at checkout. If any taxes or duties are applicable to your order you will have the option to pay for these at checkout or pay for them upon delivery to your destination country.

Your shipping options will be clearly shown to you at checkout along with the costs applicable for each service available which will vary from country to country.

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and service chosen. Delivery times will be clearly shown to you during the checkout phase of your order. This delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Product Returns

Claims related to the product: If you need to return a product to Musto for any reason relating to the product (e.g. product has a defect, wrong size, different colour, not the product you ordered), you need to contact Musto Customer Services. See Musto Returns Policy on the site and the paperwork included with your order. Once you have a return shipping authorisation from Musto we will assist by helping to make return shipping arrangements.

Note that, in the case of a product return shipment, it is not possible to obtain a refund of any applicable tax and duty paid to your country’s customs authorities.

Loss or Damage During Shipment

Occasionally a package may be lost or damaged during international shipment no matter how carefully it is handled. Fortunately, it doesn’t happen very often. If you believe that your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team and they will support you with your enquiry.
