WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We offer many different payment methods dependent on which country you are shipping to, these will be presented on the payment page in the checkout. For orders being shipped to the UK you can pay using all the major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE?

We offer 2 different Gift Card types. A physical Gift Card, and our Electronic Gift Certificate.
Gift Card payments - unfortunately our gift card redemption system is currently down, we are working to fix this asap. Please check back soon.
Electronic Gift Certificate Payments - please enter your code when prompted on the payment page.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have not yet received your order please contact us and we will try our best to cancel your order. If you have already received your order you can return your order for a full refund.

IS YOUR CHECKOUT AND WEBSITE SECURE?

Yes. We continually make sure all of your details and payments are kept secure.

WHY HAS MY PAYMENT FAILED?

This may be due to a fault with your bank account or bank. First, please check with your bank to make sure there is no fault on their side. If there are no problems there, please contact our dedicated customer services team who will be happy to help you.

WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

If you have paid with card, your payment will be taken when your order is despatched. If you have paid with PayPal, your payment will be taken straight away when you buy your Musto gear.

I WANT TO ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?

In the first instance please contact our customer services team. Alternatively , we can email you when it comes back in stock. Simply click on the product you want, hover over the size you want and box will appear where you can enter your email address.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOUR. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Please return your items by following the instructions enclosed with your online purchase and then place a new order for the size/colour you want. Or, find more instruction on our Returns and Exchanges page.

WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY ITEMS WHEN I RETURN THEM?

This depends on where you bought your Musto items. Please see our Returns page for full details.

CAN I RETURN JUST ONE ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. Please follow the instructions on our Returns page to send your item back.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT ONLINE TO Musto STORE?

Unfortunately, you cannot do this at the moment. However, you can find the quickest and easiest way to return your item to us on our Returns page.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED/FAULTY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are so sorry this has happened. Please return your order to us and we will fully refund you or exchange your items, whichever you prefer. See more information on returns and exchanges.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

We have put together size guides to help you find the right fit for you.

I HAVE TWO ITEMS THAT ARE LABELLED THE SAME SIZE BUT FIT DIFFERENTLY. WHY IS THIS?

Our products are designed with specific sports and uses in mind, so they are all cut slightly differently. For instance, an offshore jacket has a loose cut to allow for layering up underneath. A base layer may have a slim cut to keep it close to your skin. Have a look at our size guides to find the best fit for you. You can always exchange your item for a different size if you prefer a different fit.

WHAT IS THE BEST FIT FOR A BASE LAYER?

Base layers are designed for wicking moisture from your skin and are usually best when worn very close to the skin in a slim fit. Our size guides will help you find the best size for you.

WHAT IS THE BEST FIT FOR A MIDDLE LAYER?

A middle layer is designed to add warmth by trapping heat close to you. A middle layer should fit comfortably, allowing freedom of movement, but should not be too loose or it will not be able to trap warm air. Have a look at our size guides to find the best size for you.

WHAT IS THE BEST FIT FOR AN OUTER LAYER?

An outer layer is a weatherproof layer that should fit with enough room to allow you to layer up underneath for warmth. Make sure it is comfortable and is long enough in the body/ sleeves/ legs to protect you from the elements. Our size guides will help you find the best size.

WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN BUYING TECHNICAL CLOTHING?

There are a lot of things to consider when choosing your technical clothing. But to start with, think about what activities you will be using it for and what weather you will use it in. This will help you know what performance features you need most, e.g. warmth, light weight, camouflage, ocean waterproofing.
