United Kingdom - Returns and Exchanges

We offer a free returns service within the UK, we understand that from time to time you may need to exchange or return an item and are happy to help you choose something else, or offer a full refund. Should you wish to contact Customer Care about your exchange or refund you will need your order number, this can be found on your order confirmation email or in your account.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Online Orders

Please return your unworn item(s), in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Items packaged in a box, e.g. footwear, must be returned as they arrived, for protection. Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the items are unworn and in their original condition. To return an item:

  1. Fill in your returns information on the despatch note.
  2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the reusable packaging along with the despatch note you have just filled in.
  3. Use the pre-paid self-adhesive returns label, found on the front of the Despatch Note to address your parcel.
  4. Drop your parcel off at any UK post office ensuring to get a receipt as proof of postage.

Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned to any stores.

Cancelling your order

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. To cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by e-mail, or post to: Musto Customer Care, Unit 4 Juniper West, Fenton Way, Laindon, Essex, United Kingdom, SS15 6SJ. You may also use the returns form located on the front of your delivery note. If you have already received your order please return it following the above returns process.

Musto UK Click & Collect orders

Click and Collect orders cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store. Please return following the free UK online orders instructions above.

Musto UK Store Purchases

Please return with your receipt to any Musto store within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange.

Musto Outlet Purchases

Please return with your receipt to a Musto Outlet within 14 days for a refund and 28 days for an exchange.

UK Stockist Purchases

If you bought your Musto product from a non-Musto shop, i.e. a shop that sells our products but which is not exclusively Musto, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.

Corporate Sales

Please contact your representative. Returns are normally only accepted on faulty items.

Europe - Returns and Exchanges

For orders which were shipped to Cyprus, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, or Ukraine, please follow our International Returns and Exchanges policy.

For all other European countries please follow the below instructions.

Please return your unworn goods, in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Items packaged in a box, e.g. footwear, must be returned as they arrived, for protection. Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the items are unworn and in their original condition.

  1. Please complete the returns section found on the back of your despatch note
  2. Enclose this form and the unwanted items in the reusable Musto packaging
  3. Add postage as required and send to the below address, ensuring you get a receipt as proof of postage:

In order to return an item please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and returns label using our returns portal. Alternatively you can request a return via email, please ensure you put your order number and email address associated with the order in the email.

Any shipping costs, Taxes and/or Duty applicable to your order are non-refundable. Please note that returns sent without a valid RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount.
