We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item due to fit, colour or style reasons. Should you wish to contact Customer Care about your return you will need your order number, this can be found on your order confirmation email or in your account.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please return your unworn item(s), in a saleable condition within 28 days of purchase. Items packaged in a box, e.g. footwear, must be returned as they arrived, for protection. Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the items are unworn and in their original condition. To return an item:

In order to return an item please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and returns label using our returns portal. Alternatively you can request a return via email, please ensure you put your order number and email address associated with the order in the email.
Any shipping costs, Taxes and/or Duty applicable to your order are non-refundable. Please note that returns sent without a valid RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount.
We’re sorry that your items weren’t as expected. If you require a different size, style or colour please place a new order and return your unsuitable item(s) using the returns service detailed above.
The refund back to your chosen payment method will take place once your return has been processed at our returns centre in The Netherlands, please contact our Customer Care team should you have any questions about this.
