The Musto Privilege Club Scheme (the Scheme) entitles its members to certain discounts and other benefits as notified by Musto to the members from time to time.
These terms and conditions govern the entire Scheme and the use of the Musto Privilege Club Card (the Privilege Club Card) and any membership of or participation in the Scheme or use of the Privilege Club Card will be treated as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All members of the Scheme must, unless otherwise agreed by Musto, be aged 18 years or over. Musto may refuse or revoke a membership for any reason.
Each member is entitled to one Privilege Club account only. Members must keep Musto informed of any changes to their personal or membership details.
The Privilege Club Card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card.
Musto may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Privilege Club Cards, in whatever form, and/or remove a member from the Scheme at any time and for any reason, including where there is reasonable belief of:
Any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions
Any abuse or attempted abuse of the Scheme
Any behaviour relating to the Scheme that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour or supplying false or misleading information.
The Privilege Club Card is only valid in Musto stores in the UK and Eire and on www.Musto.com and excludes, without limitation, the stores and/or websites of authorised dealers, resellers, wholesalers, distributors, franchisees or agents of Musto.
The Scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Privilege Club Cards may not be used for any business transaction or purpose.
The Privilege Club Card, in whatever form, is issued by and remains the property of Musto which may, at any time, terminate the Scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Scheme. The Privilege Club Card must be returned to Musto on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use.
Privilege Club Cards remain the responsibility of the Privilege Club member, as do any security details relating to the account. Musto cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items. Privilege Club Cards cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
All Privilege Club Cards are subject to an expiry date, beyond which they cannot be used or reissued. Musto reserves to right change the expiry date at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice. Musto further reserves the right not to reissue any lost, stolen or mislaid Privilege Club Cards.
Musto reserves the right to exclude any products from the Scheme from time to time and all products subject to the Scheme shall be subject to availability.
By participating in the Scheme, Musto will collect and use information about each member, including their registration details, information about the use of their Privilege Club Card, purchases and other information that the member gives Musto
Musto may analyse the member’s information to see how they use the Scheme, to understand their shopping behaviour and to send the member information, offers and promotions for the products which are most likely to interest them.
By being a Scheme member and providing your details, you agree that Musto can contact you with news about products. Musto will never release a member’s personal details to any company outside the Musto Group for them to use for their own mailing or marketing purposes.
The promoter of the Scheme is Musto Limited of Unit 4 Juniper West, Fenton Way, Laindon, Essex SS15 6SJ (Musto).
These terms and conditions replace all previous versions and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts in accordance with English law. Musto reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the Scheme following notification of such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
