ABOUT WORLD SAILING
World Sailing is the governing body for the sport of sailing worldwide, officially recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).
Founded in 1907, World Sailing's mission is to make people around the globe fall in love with sailing as well as protect water environments around the world.
World Sailing consists of 146 Member National Authorities, the national governing bodies for sailing around the world, and 119 World Sailing Class Associations.
ABOUT THE MUSTO & WORLD SAILING PARTNERSHIP
Announced in March 2021, the partnership will enable collaboration between World Sailing and Musto to cement Musto’s position as the number one performance sailing brand in the world.
The partnership enables World Sailing and Musto to work hand in hand to bring innovative and high-performance clothing to the global sailing community. World Sailing’s community of International Race Officials, responsible for governing the sport on the water at global events, will wear Musto clothing at World Sailing events. In addition, the World Sailing Team will wear Musto at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games as well as the World Sailing event portfolio.
